Rooms were clean and staff was awesome. The location is very central to downtown as well. Would recommend.
My wife and I stay here every time we visit and it's always excellent. We come to visit family regularly and can always rely on a nice place to stay here. Even when we have our dog with us. There's a solid little fitness room, excellent free breakfast options and coffee and we so appreciate the quality service. Would recommend.
Upon walking in to check in, we were greeted with an empty desk. The security guard advised they would be right back. After about 15 minutes a gentleman came out and said sorry his phone was on do not disturb. We came to get a good nights sleep before driving another 7 hours back home. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was on the hard side, but comfortable for a good nights rest, there were plenty of pillows. The bathroom was well stocked and very clean. The best part of this visit was breakfast. There were so many options, more than a standard hotel breakfast. Dee was super speedy ensuring everything was clean and restocked. My husband dropped some chocolate chips and before I could grab a napkin she already had it wiped up. She definitely made a good impression and takes pride in her job.

My kids and I have stayed at this hotel on at least 3 separate occasions. Rooms are always clean, free breakfast is one of the better ones we have experienced among several different hotel stays, the indoor pool is small but clean, the location of the hotel is very convenient (close to several restaurants, stores and even a children's museum). As for parking, there is a parking lot behind the hotel and one across the street. We will continue to stay here when we visit Parkersburg.
Our child forgot her stuffed animal she has had for years. Staff found and shipped it to us! They were so kind throughout the process! Property was clean and updated and service was above and beyond! Great Marriott property.
